Elevate your chefs’ skills and knowledge with this advanced course, which builds upon Culinary Professional. This is the final course in our Culinary Program and is tailored to upskill experienced professional chefs in their culinary career.

Learning goals

During this course, participants will:

Learn managerial level skills to plan, organize and collaborate in the kitchen.

Become familiar with 7 new high-level food groups.

Integrate new and specialized kitchen tools and devices into the workflow.

Link knowledge from previous trainings to prepare elaborate, multiple recipe dishes.

Test their creativity, skill and knowledge by building new recipes on the spot.

Live the five production steps everyday and teach them to others.

Cross-link culinary skills to create full menus.

Display precision and finesse in their cooking style, skills and final dishes.

Learn managerial level skills to plan, organize and collaborate in the kitchen.

Become familiar with 7 new high-level food groups.

This course is conducted both online and in-person...

This course is conducted both online and in-person. Learners study the bulk of the material online (80%). The in-person training sessions are supplemental, and can be done either one-on-one or in groups (20%).

This course is conducted online and in-person. Participants will study the Fundamentals and Methods and implementation in online sessions. The final assessment can take place either online or locally, in-person.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
