Restaurant Service Training

Deliver exceptional experiences to your guests with trained, skilled and knowledgeable service staff. Based on the hospitality education taught in Swiss vocational schools, this course is designed to bring service employees with little to no experience to the same operational level.

During this course, participants will:

Understand the impact of personal appearance and present oneself with confidence.

Learn how to respond to the needs and expectations of customers.

Apply fundamental personal and public protective health and hygienic practices.

Promote personal and public safety measures in everyday situations.

Distinguish and prepare a variety of different hot and cold drinks.

Recommend and serve a diverse menu of pre-made beverages.

Practice various service techniques and identify how to increase efficiency at busy times.

Recognize how to provide first-class service and a special ambience.

This course is conducted both online and in-person...

This course is conducted both online and in-person. Learners study the bulk of the material online (80%). The in-person training sessions are supplemental, and can be done either one-on-one or in groups (20%).

This course is conducted online and in-person. Participants will study the Fundamentals and Methods and implementation in online sessions. The final assessment can take place either online or locally, in-person.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
